I had such a wonderful first experience at this clinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. Mann truly exceeded all of my expectations. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and such a gentle dentist. I was very nervous about needing teeth removed, but he made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and personally checked on me throughout the process. What meant even more to our family was the care he showed my sister. She previously had very negative dental experiences and had even been told her smile couldn’t be repaired, which really stayed with her. Dr. Mann took the time to thoroughly explain everything and created a clear, step-by-step treatment plan that gave her hope and confidence again. Maddie was also amazing. She was so patient and took the time to walk my sister through all the payment options, making everything feel manageable and stress-free. We are beyond grateful and so excited that my sister will be able to restore her smile. My entire family trusts this clinic, and we will absolutely be returning. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled dental care!

I was greeted by a Wonderful staff, Madie was the best, she had a very bright smile and was very caring and attentive of all my questions and concerns, she was very thorough with her examination and procedure while doing my scans, explaining the procedures as she went through with each one! Dr. Mann was awesome, you can tell he is a true professional and was a man passionate about his patients, Dr. Mann and Mady explained the complete procedure from start to finish! There equipment was very nice and up to par with today’s technology! I left there knowing I was in the right hands!! Very down to earth and the whole team made me feel very comfortable! Can’t wait for new implants…. Coming Soon!!!

I'm so happy with my first visit to Tyler Family Dental. First impression? The building itself is really sweet and kind of adorable. It looks like all of the Tudor-style cottages you see all over East Texas. Reception was easy and pleasant. My hygienist, Jessica was great. Gentle, professional, and always making sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Facio was a ray of sunshine, so positive and energetic. Strongly recommend!

Caitlin and Vanessa were so nice! I'm getting my partials done here and my extractions. Very friendly staff and amazing doctor! Definitely recommend. Caitlin was very thorough and more than willing to answer all my questions about what each instrument did. Vanessa was very personable and reassuring on the details of my upcoming procedures. She explained the details of my cost and insurance part. Dr. Mann was fun and quickly put me at ease. I'm sure I'll be back.

Had a very great visit today at affordable dentist. Nayla was my assistant doing my implants with dr man. I love my result i can’t wait for my finals!! They were supper affordable as well. Amazing staff

Predatory pricing and manipulation. The environment was comforting and relaxing, almost like a spa. The staff were friendly and professional. However, I explained how my previous dentist was not in network with my insurance and that I wanted to get the most out of my insurance. They explained that the x-ray and exam would cost +$100. They explained that I needed a deep cleaning which would cost me +$650. I left because after asking many questions, they finally told me they were not in network with any insurance…. I understand that I should have asked first and made sure, but they knew that insurance was important to me and they were pressuring me to get the cleaning done that day and pay +$700. I went to another dentist, who was in network with my insurance. The x-ray and exam was free. They said I didn’t need a full deep cleaning, so with my insurance, I would owe less than $80 for everything. Most of this was due to me being naive, but I thought we were supposed to trust providers. I’m sure they do great work but make sure you understand, they are not in network with any insurance companies. Just ask questions.

Dr. Man and Maddie were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Man consistently checked in with me throughout the visit to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The temporary crown that was placed while waiting for my permanent crown stayed secure for the entire five weeks until the final crown was ready. The clinic was clean, and the equipment appeared modern and well maintained. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is due to the front office environment. While waiting in the exam room, I could clearly hear the front office staff laughing, joking, and speaking loudly. I felt this took away from the overall professionalism of the experience.

Went to Affordable Dentist in Tyler for the first time. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist. Maddie the Dental assistant that worked with me was great, making sure that I was aware and comfortable with what she was doing. I’ll definitely go back.

Overall a great place to get teeth work done. I’d like to share my experience with Vanessa, who works in scheduling and care coordination at the dental office. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been exceptional. She is incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely cares about making each patient’s visit as smooth as possible. Vanessa always takes the time to explain care plans clearly and answer any questions, which makes the entire process feel stress-free. She’s warm, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs. Her professionalism and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of the office.
