I was nervous about coming to a new branch but there was a few friendly faces and it went wonderfully. The hygienist Heather was amazing and understanding of my needs as someone with OI. Angela the receptionist is always so lovely and polite. The dentist Dr. Tien Do, was great at explaining what needed to be done and exam was thorough. I truly love this office for sure.

I really appreciate the team here at Dental Smith Professionals. Kristin does an amazing job of cleaning, quick and efficient. Omar is very gentlemanly and courteous. Not to leave anyone out, all of the staff are always very friendly, which really makes a visit to the dentist, which I have always dreaded in the past, so much easier and a more pleasant experience. I am not one to leave reviews typically but I feel like this office deserves all the recognition. I called about a tooth I was having trouble/bad pain with and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Every staff member in the office was so kind and went above and beyond. I am a very anxiety ridden person when it comes to the dentist. Everyone was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Doctor Taylor did a wonderful job and communicated throughout the procedure. I feel like him talking through what he was doing eased some of the anxiety I was having in the moment. I’ve never been to a dentist office that was so great! My son also gets seen at the office and they do such a wonderful job with him as well. I’m very thankful for Dental Smile Professionals and all the help they have provided so far. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist.

Thought I had found my forever dentist but I was so wrong. If you only need a check up and cleaning they have the perfect person. Her name is Tea & she's wonderful. But if you need an orthodontist, keep looking. I had a horrible experience in getting bridge work done. What should have taken no more than an hour & a half in my opinion took 3 1/2 hours. The doctor was not focused on me because he was busy answering questions about other waiting patients while he was working in my mouth. He was not at all gentle & didn't apologize. He didn't ask me any questions and didn't explain anything to me. Even though I asked, he was vague and in a hurry. I'm afraid to go back but I have a temporary bridge & the work has to be completed. I left stressed and in tears with a big glob in my mouth that makes it difficult to talk or chew. I have to live with this discomfort for two weeks until the permanent bridge comes back. My husband also needs bridge work but after my experience he will look elsewhere. I don't have the confidence or peace of mind about my results. I can only hope for the best. Afterward, I'll be shopping again for a dentist for myself and my husband. But may I add that the office staff is very warm and friendly.

This has been my best dental office experience. My teeth need a lot of work but everyone was very kind and they provided a comprehensive treatment plan that included all my cost and explained everything in detail.
