Jhai was born in Singapore but grew up in Melbourne where he completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences at Monash University and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne. His passion for helping people from all walks of life to become dentally fit and regain confidence in their smiles means he always strives to make the dental experience relaxing and pleasant. When not gloved and masked, Jhai enjoys playing a round of golf and watching football. He also enjoys cooking and travelling with his partner and their dog Louis.
