We bought our 1st Sealy: pillow-top: very supportive mattress from this merchant! The sales agents went above.n.beyond their duties. We've had our sealy queen bed for about 3 years with zero complaints. Our bed supported a total weight between us of 490 lbs! We had to sacrifice our "[ Very ]" comfortable and [ sturdy ] Sealy for an incoming hospital bed for honey, and a Sealy extra-long twin bed for myself!

Awareful store with poor customer service and VERY LOW QUALITY FURNITURE. We bought our sectional 8 months ago, and from the very beginning, once we opened it, we saw that the base of it was crooked. However, we were hoping that was the only problem with it. After 2 months of usage, the filling was all bunched up and broken into pieces. I called them, sent an email about my situation, and was expecting them to take care of it, replace it with another type of sectional, or give me my money back. The manager(Jeff) told me that it's only my opinion that it's a poor-quality sofa. Apparently, they think their clients are stupid and that they can sell them anything without taking responsibility for it. Of course, that's not the quality you expect from a sofa for $2700. All they offered was to replace the pillows. How is that going to help? It's going to be the same after 2 months of usage. Not to mention that the base of the sofa is also crooked. I don't understand how they can still be in business.

We have been purchasing from DeMeyer furniture for over 30 years and once again we recently purchased a beautiful couch, 4 bar stools and a bedroom set. Great prices, selection, quality, customer service from Paul and delivery experience ! Thanks DeMeyer

After having a negative shopping experience nearby (felt like we were roadkill and the vultures were swooping in), we walked in to DeMeyer hoping for a different experience. We were met with a friendly welcome and Glenn offered to show us around. After answering our initial questions and pointing us in the right direction, he left us to make our decisions without hovering or pressuring us. He was patient, helpful, and kind. We are thankful to Glenn for his help in our couch purchase, and will definitely return for future furniture needs!

Haven't received our furniture order yet, so I cannot review that. I did want to take the time to thank sales associate Paul Key for helping us find and purchase our mattress and bedroom set. Paul was very knowledgeable, and patient with us. It was a pleasure to work with someone who was not pushy, and seemed to care about what the customer really wanted to purchase. You have an excellent employee in Paul, he is a true asset to your staff. Thanks again Paul.

It's been about three years since our first DeMeyer purchase. We had relocated and needed several pieces of furniture for our living room and I was finally going to get a bedroom set after many years of living with second hand bed frames, dressers, and night stands. We still love all of it, but recently bought an older home with tons of charm and wanted a new living room set to match the classic look. Stacy was our sales person and did a wonderful job giving us the time and space we needed to choose the perfect combination of pieces and the custom fabric. We had to wait a few weeks before we could order due to uncertain closing dates. The next time I went in, Tony helped to get the order in the system and took time and care to make sure he had all the correct pieces and fabrics that Stacy had helped us choose. It wasn't until a 3rd visit, that we were finally able to order our furniture with Stacy. Well, after nearly 3 months since our first visit for this order, we have our new (but old) living room and it's amazing and more beautiful than I imagined it would be! Not only were Stacy and Tony authentic and understanding about the timeline we needed, but our delivery guys were just as amazing! Brady and Andrew took the utmost time and care bringing each piece in, being careful of the historical elements of the home such as the doors and the floors (each over 100 years old!) From beautiful furniture choices to friendly, authentic sales staff and careful and caring movers, we definitely recommend DeMeyer and will be back soon to order our formal dining room set before the holidays. Thanks to all of you for helping us to make this house feel like the forever home we hope it will be :)

Great store and fantastic customer service! Selection is the best we found in the valley after shopping everywhere, and I mean literally everywhere! They have a warehouse full of stock and the only store we found that stocked all of their mattresses that they sell. We just moved here and needed a house full of furniture, we are getting delivered this week and everything was in stock except for a sectional we special ordered and customized, but even that will be here here in just 4 weeks and is made in the USA! Thank you DeMeyer Furniture for everything and for helping us be able to now relax and have this weight off of our shoulders.

I brought my mom in to purchase a bed for her home when she relocates from Oklahoma. Paul was wonderful at explaining the difference in mattresses and going over details of the different beds. My husband and I bought our home furniture, basically all of it, 10 years ago, when we moved and I'm happy that the customer service hasn't faltered in the decade!

A good selection of furniture. Service is friendly and we've never felt pressured. They seem to carry mid-level grade furniture, which keeps prices low.

Luke at DeMeyer Furniture was extremely patient, helpful, kind and courteous. He helped us pick out the perfect bedframe and checked if they had it in stock and ready for delivery. Quick, painless and affordable. Highly recommend.
