Delta is amazing. As with any service, it is the employees that set the tone. Hector was wonderful. I was nervous about the wheelchair lift and he reassured me. He is a great conversationalist and, most importantly, got me to a from my appointment safe and sound. I appreciate that he was consistently concerned about my comfort and needs while paying close attention to the traffic in downtown Houston. Thank you for everything Hector!! I appreciate you and Delta!

This experience was one we won’t ever forget. Our driver Tabriz went far above and beyond to help us in and out of the facility we went to and even helped us grab dinner on our way home. He was extremely respectful and kind. This company is amazing and they certainly hire people who care about their clients! Our ride was safe and we arrived on time. Highly recommend this company for all your transport needs. We have made a connection for life. Tabriz was absolutely amazing and we will ask for him specifically for every trip going forward.

I’ve been using Delta for over a year now and have used many drivers. They are always so kind, professional and friendly. I had a wonderful conversation with Tabriz today about philosophy and religion. He was so nice! Everyone at Delta has always been on time and they all drive safely. I use the transport opportunity to take my mother to lunch and they are very accommodating to our schedule. Great service! Great people! Highly recommended!

Delta Wheelchair Services has become an invaluable part of caring for our 100-year-old mom. We’ve used Delta exclusively for the past year and have never been disappointed. Scheduling a pickup or return is always simple, whether speaking with the owner, Joe, or one of the courteous telephone operators. Every driver we’ve had has been polite, punctual, kind, and efficient. Our driver today, Tabriz, was all of the above. This was our second time riding with him, and it was truly a pleasure to see him again. Today, 12/2/25, we had the pleasure of having Sheena transport my husband and myself to his doctor’s appointment. She has provided transportation services before so we were equally impressed back then. She has a positive attitude, great energy and , she is very personable and helpful. I have used Delta Wheelchair Services numerous times over the past couple of years to transport my mom to her medical appointments. They are always prompt, professional, and reliable. I know Mom is in good hands even when I am unable to accompany her. Today I want to give a special shout-out to Jesse, who was her driver yesterday. He is always so kind, careful, and a good judge of what each individual needs to feel safe and comfortable. He knows my mom’s personality and has easy conversations with her, often joking with her or complimenting her on her recent weight loss. She loves it, and I so appreciate his attentiveness to what makes her feel good. Jesse is tops! I’m just sorry I didn’t get to make the trip with them to enjoy his company, too!

We had to use Delta twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was exceptional. Last week our driver was Casey, and this week it was Ivan. Both drivers arrived early and were careful and courteous. This is our first time using this type of service. It is comforting to know that there is such a great company that takes the time to hire great people. Scheduling was a breeze too!

11.19.25 I'm in rehabilitation from spinal surgery and needed transportation to doctors appointments. We had a excellent experience with this service. Our driver Lala was great! She did excellent job of getting me to my appointments on time. Great customer service. She was super courteous, aware of my needs and sweet too. Great conversation as well. Recommend her for future transport if I'm in need again. Thanks so much.
