Dell Store - ChemIT

My laptop developed a small joint break, and my SS card and memory card were stolen,insert dummy products,This shop sells dummy products with fake stickers. I purchased two mouse devices with a one-year warranty, but within one month I had to replace the batteries twice. When I approached the service centre, the staff behaved very rudely. I strongly recommend not visiting this store.

Had a good experience here and Altaf, who's working there made sure to understand the specifications of my laptop and throughout and configured laptop. Good customer interaction.

In Hyderabad this is the ONLY STORE TO BUY DELL LAPTOPS FROM. Reasons: 1) The team of Hussain is technically so equipped that you get the feeling of being understood. 2)Unlike the sales person who are there in malls ,who even don't know the basics like clock speed,if virtualization is enabled or not,the GUYS AT DELL STORE who work with Hussain will explain every bit and byte to you. 3) Major advantage is you can test the laptop in the store and they will not make fuss about it.Superb customer service. 4) Operating from two locations , Medipatnam and Shaikpeth .Amazing clean stores with technical staff. 5)Best price among all stores.No fake promises , quality stuff. Nadeem has been extremely helpful in giving information regarding the product. He is knowledgeable. His behaviour is very good towards the customers. We had a very delightful experience.

One of the worst service scamming people by damaging laptops after keeping for days and then saying you did it, we aren't responsible. Mr altaf was a bit reachable but the owner raises voice and screams before you could address the issue just to make himself heard without taking the blame, open the laptop but did not close it, screws at the back where missing for which he was not ready to take responsibility. Worst experience.

Thank you Nadeem for your best service. I Really Appreciate that u spent time to find out what was the reason for customer service deficiency. Felt surprised when you remembered me even after 1 and half year and explained me what are the reasons for the service deficiency and what was done to avoid the same in future.
