Dell Store - ChemIT

My laptop developed a small joint break, and my SS card and memory card were stolen,insert dummy products,This shop sells dummy products with fake stickers. I purchased two mouse devices with a one-year warranty, but within one month I had to replace the batteries twice. When I approached the service centre, the staff behaved very rudely. I strongly recommend not visiting this store.

In Hyderabad this is the ONLY STORE TO BUY DELL LAPTOPS FROM. Reasons: 1) The team of Hussain is technically so equipped that you get the feeling of being understood. 2)Unlike the sales person who are there in malls ,who even don't know the basics like clock speed,if virtualization is enabled or not,the GUYS AT DELL STORE who work with Hussain will explain every bit and byte to you. 3) Major advantage is you can test the laptop in the store and they will not make fuss about it.Superb customer service. 4) Operating from two locations , Medipatnam and Shaikpeth .Amazing clean stores with technical staff. 5)Best price among all stores.No fake promises , quality stuff.
