Neil was fantastic! I called him for a pick up and delivery with very short notice and Neil was very confident he could help me out and did so! I appreciate his help and would highly recommend his services with Delivery Tech.

Had some initial challenges when trying to place a delivery order due to the 3rd-party billing user interface; however, after contacting the company's online support , all was promptly resolved. The owner, Neil, was extremely kind, professional, responsive and accommodating, took his time (after hours btw) to help navigate the form field by field with me over the phone, followed up personally to ensure order confirmation and had his team (also excellent) follow up again immediately. Not only did Neil arrange for expedited delivery, he was incredibly compassionate and gracious in accommodating unique instructions due to my family's special needs and limitations. This owner and company far exceeded expectations wrt client service, performance and engagement! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!!! I'm a little late with my review. Long story short: this is the most professional crating/packing.shipping company I’ve worked with, and I deal with many on a weekly basis. The owner, Neil, should be running for governor, or whatever managerial post exists in Canada. Maybe even president, if that’s a thing there. I’ve seen him in action. He just does things right.
