I bought 30 jars of Pisti pistachio paste after their rep Abbas convinced me it had a year-long shelf life and often goes out of stock. Big mistake. When I finally opened the batch (just 25 days later), it was completely bitter and the oil had gone rancid — totally inedible. When I reached out, Abbas first claimed it had been over a month (not true), then said I could return it if I shipped it to Montreal — knowing well that shipping would cost more than the product itself. When I told him my husband could drop it off in a month, he suddenly changed the return window to a week. This was clearly an attempt to avoid responsibility. Horrible customer service — constantly shifting excuses and no real solution. Avoid this product and this company. Total waste of money.

We had a great experience with this company! They helped us arrange a delivery during the pandemic craziness, where every store was struggling to get orders out. They had great customer service, quick delivery and attention to detail (especially impressive given the very challenging circumstances!). We will be ordering from them again for sure.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants personable and fast service! I was very impressed with how quickly my package arrived at my home in Ontario. They followed up to make sure I recieved what I had ordered and kept me in the loop every step of the way! They even included a physical reciept upon my request! I live in Toronto and was looking for an online grocery store in Montreal to be able to order groceries for my mother. I stumbled upon this site during my browsing and decided to give it a try. Signing up for an account was a breeze and placing an order was just as simple. I was even allowed to enter multiple addresses which was a must for me as my home address would be used as my billing address while my mom's address was used as the shipping address. I placed an order and got a confirmation right away. Shortly after I got a phone call from the grocery concerning my payment method as I used paypal. Apparently I couldn't deliver to my mom's address using paypal. They refunded the total amount immediately and ask if I can do an email interac transfer. I did that and my order was promptly updated. Next day I got an email explaining the shipping process and what the expectations are. The order was delivered and though a couple items were missing a quick email resolved the issue. In my opinion these are very professional and kind hearted people and if ever you are looking for an online grocery delivery option I would highly recommend you give them a try, you won't regret it!!

It is really a kindly company that they help me a lot! My son just eat the certain cheese, but I live in Winnipeg, that cheese can't find in my city. Suddenly I found that cheese through this website, but they just do the delivery for Montreal. I wrote a email that I hoped they can do a delivery out of Montreal. Curtious, very efficient and fast response considering the circumstances. They called for permission to sub an item and called again to say they were on the way. I was so happy to finally find delivery without staying on hold in a virtual room for long periods of time only to get to the check out and find no delivery spots available. I will definetely use them again and I will make referrals.

Hello, The Grocery Online is a wonderful and totally professional service. Discvering it came as a heaven sent in these difficult days of isolation.
