Delaware Smile Center

Like most I’ve never been a fan of the Dentist but Delaware Smile Center has truly changed my perspective. Dr Jack took his time explaining my current state and his plan to address all my issues. He said we would take it one step at a time. Dental work can be expensive but he said we would do what works best for me. When he had to relay some bad news and he saw it affected me, he gave me a second, told me to just trust him and we would correct all the problems and it would be ok. I definitely trust him and appreciate his kindness. Tiffany was my Hygienist and her hands are a gift. She was so gentle and talked me through the process. Originally I was dreading that appointment but afterwards couldn’t wait until our next one. The entire front office is professional and nice. I communicate with Riley the most and she always makes my day. You can tell she truly loves her job and her smile is always heard over the phone. I have a long road to correct the issues within my mouth but I am so glad I chose Delaware Smile Center for this journey.

This is the best dentist I've been to. The staff and doctors are all so kind. They are willing to work with you for scheduling. The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to explain every option. They are accommodating for appointment changes. Procedures are done efficiently and with a smile. 10/10, would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care!

The staff is very professional, caring and welcoming! Makes you feel comfortable in the office and not awkward in the slightest! They take their time and go over any treatment plans with you! The staff I had during my visit was great to be around. The best experience I’ve had in a dental office and appreciate all of the welcoming and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had as a patient. It’s rare to find a place that is equally perfect for me and my 3 and 6-year-olds! Millennial Friendly: They communicate via text! No awkward phone calls required—just quick, easy messaging. Stress-Free Vibes: They have TVs mounted on the ceiling so you can pick something to watch on Netflix while they work. Super Efficient: They are incredibly organized, professional, and making an appointment is a breeze. If you’re looking for a dentist that actually makes life easier, this is the spot.

6/5 Stars! I called for a broken tooth, new to the area, and they got me in the very next day. From the time I stepped into the office with the front reception, until I was walking out the door, knowing I would be coming back in two days to get my temporary crown, and every staff member in between was so kind and they explained everything in detail before and during the examination. They set me up two days later to get my temporary crown, it was such a quick turn around. I had never had any major dental work before, they didn’t rush me when I felt anxious, it was amazing. They didn’t even mind I had my 3 yo grandson at the visit, they were so nice to him. Now the entire family are returning patients! Thank you Delaware Smiles!

SO happy with my experience at the Delaware Smile Center. Friendly staff and I felt they really listened to and cared about my dental goals. From the phone call all the way to the end of my appointment, everyone was extremely kind and very helpful with the process. As a new patient, I was able to get in same day ( within 2.5 hours) with an emergency tooth extraction. I cannot recommend Smile Center enough and I will be a new long time patient now!

The entire staff at Delaware Smile Center is friendly and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Jack and Allie for working through the stubborn issue I experienced in a professional and caring manner. My comfort was their top priority. This is a great example of how they care for their patients. I am thankful for all they did.

I was very impressed with Delaware Smile Center! They were able to get me scheduled the very next day for a tooth extraction. Everyone I had interactions with was wonderful! Dr Jack was very thorough with what options I had and did not pressure me into taking something I couldn't afford at the time. His assistant (sorry forgot her name) was very helpful and nice as well! I would very much recommend Delaware Smile Center to anyone!

I had a great experience here - The whole team was super patient, understanding, and helpful. I came in needing quite a bit of work done, including issues with my permanent retainer and several cavities, and they didn’t judge at all. They explained everything clearly, got me scheduled quickly, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. I really appreciate how they helped me get back on track with my dental health. Highly recommend!
