Delaware Smile Center

I was very impressed with Delaware Smile Center! They were able to get me scheduled the very next day for a tooth extraction. Everyone I had interactions with was wonderful! Dr Jack was very thorough with what options I had and did not pressure me into taking something I couldn't afford at the time. His assistant (sorry forgot her name) was very helpful and nice as well! I would very much recommend Delaware Smile Center to anyone!

I've been coming to Delaware Smile for years for crown and implants and they have been fantastic. Personal service, always quick as your appointment happens on time. Know ahead of time that this is not a "budget dental". You pay for what you get but the quality of service and product is worth the more premium fees if you have insurance or can pay out of pocket. They will always let you know ahead of time the cost of your service so you can plan or budget accordingly. I had a dental emergency this morning and they got me in in 40 minutes and I appreciate that dedication to meeting your needs as quickly and appropriately as possible. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience here - The whole team was super patient, understanding, and helpful. I came in needing quite a bit of work done, including issues with my permanent retainer and several cavities, and they didn’t judge at all. They explained everything clearly, got me scheduled quickly, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. I really appreciate how they helped me get back on track with my dental health. Highly recommend!

The entire staff at Delaware Smile Center is friendly and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Jack and Allie for working through the stubborn issue I experienced in a professional and caring manner. My comfort was their top priority. This is a great example of how they care for their patients. I am thankful for all they did.

The hygienist was very gentle, and took her time, but I don't feel like my teeth were as clean as usual after a cleaning. She could definitely be a little more aggressive with the scraping and much more aggressive with the polishing because it seemed like she didn't have the speed/ power up high enough when she applied even slight pressure on each tooth and the polisher only began to spin when she lifted it to move to the next tooth. The dentist was very sweet and personable, but I'll have to build trust with any new dentist due to past experiences from places like Aspen and Comfort treating me like a retail customer and selling unnecessary dental work then doing a terrible job at it. My only real complaint is that no one asked if I needed a work excuse before I left, so I had to call back for one the next day, but this seems to be something that no providers are asking anymore for some reason even though there are soooo many things to think about before leaving an appointment such as scheduling, asking follow-up questions, etc. Luckily the front desk person made that a friendly and easy experience to send an excuse to me.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone here is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about their patients. They always go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and well taken care of, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. The whole team is friendly, professional, and makes what could be a stressful experience so easy and positive. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist like this!

I had gone to a Comfort Dental up here in Delaware before I found these guys. At comfort dental, I felt neglected, ignored and that my concerns either weren't concerns or they didn't have time to address them. I switched to these guys and a total 180° from them. DSC/NOSC staff are amazing, empathetic, and the doctors took the time to hear me out and let me get all of my concerns out and they addressed all my concerns thoroughly. And even had to go back in today to get my fillings filed down because it was hurting my bite. They're so caring and considerate. My husband is coming back to them after being away for years and I can't recommend these guys enough. I even forgot my water bottle there and they took the time to call me and let me know I left it and to come back when I'm able to pick it up. I feel like other places would have just tossed it. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have been going to this practice for over five years. Everytime I come in I am greeted by name and quickly checked in. I have never waited more then 10 minutes to be brought back by a hygienist. When it is time for the doctor to see me they are always very prompt and efficient. I really enjoy the flexibility and professionalism of this office.

I really don't like to go to the dentist and was very hesitant finding a new practice but from the minute I scheduled the appointment to the second I was checking out they were AMAZING. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and the work was top notch. I even received a call later that evening to make sure I was feeling ok! For a crown! Highly recommend these folks.

The staff is great. They contacted me via text and I was able to get an earlier appointment. My hygienist cleaned my teeth thoroughly and explained everything she was doing. The doctor was very personable and did a thorough exam as well. I appreciate that they do the job and do it well without any frills. I don’t have dental insurance but they have a plan to make cleanings, x-rays and such affordable. I am grateful for that. It’s not often to find a dental office where the hygienist, dentist, AND front desk staff are all on their game like they are here. Based on my experience at my first visit, I recommend.
