I ((Weldon Hall jr )) was Shocked 😯, amazed 🫢, and pleasantly surprised 😛 by my experience with Delaware Auto Mall. The comfortable and welcoming reception area simply matches the spirit that is on display by the staff working there. On display outside are clean , well inspected vehicles that they stand behind rain or shine. I felt early on that this staff really gets how nerve racking buying a car can be for many. I was no different. When I was allowed to inspect a vehicle without the feel of a hovering shadow but with more of a helpful guide. I knew these were not high pressure people. This is a place that truly wants thier customers leaving with a smile. I was shown patience trough my selection(s) ..lol...and the financial process. Thank you Delaware Auto Mall for riding with me , taking away the stress , and not making me pull hair from an already bald head 🙌. Let me end by saying how pleased I am with my 2019 Hyundai Veloster Premium Coupe 3D !!!💯 🔥 ( got me singing on the way home.... Delaware Auto Mall is fantastic! Went in there today with my son to look at a car for myself. Jordan and the rest of the team were very accommodating and friendly. They took the time to make sure I got the right loan I needed and worked with me. I’m in love with my car and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

I bought a 2016 GMC terrain from here about a week and 1/2 ago and I am glad I did. The sales people are not pushy and do in fact try their hardest to get you what you want without putting you in a difficult spot. Besides their standard 3 month/3k miles warranty, they also offer extended warranty in their vehicles in case you need more of a peace of mind. I have no problem in recommending this guys to others. I really have nothing bad to say. So at least go check them out.

Nice clean cars to choose from.. price was great as well. No pressure sales team which we enjoyed. The best thing about them? The after the sale service and communication. Had a couple minor things wrong with the car they took it right back and fix them with no cost and no questions. Great communication with Jordan. Today I encountered a terrible situation with my vehicle and through word of mouth I was sent to Delaware Auto Mall. Everyone I encountered had the friendliest disposition you would ever want to meet. The waiting room is gorgeous and I was offered water while I waited. And no I haven’t been paid for my review. My vehicle was serviced within a reasonable amount of time. The cost was very affordable and they did test drive my vehicle to ensure I wouldn’t have any other problems while on the road. They do have a lot of vehicles for sale that are reasonably priced so I will be back looking for a vehicle for my daughter. I’m glad they were able to help me in a bind. Ask for John, Jordan, or Rich. They all were attentive to my customer service experience.

These guys are absolutely the best. They guranteed approval and they kept their word. I guarantee iI could not get any other dealership to get me an approval. Other dealerships would had ran my crefit 50 times before I got denied. These guys sent it to one place and if denied they had a back up plan. They are exceptionally friendly , definitely go above and beyond. If I could give them a 100 star rating or more they would get it, they definitely deserve it. Give them a chance before you go anywhere else. They also detailed my car before i picked it up and made sure everything that needed fixing was fixed before i picked it up. Trust me they got your back.
