I’ve been a patient here since the 1990s and stayed through the previous ownership changes. Over the past several years, though, the experience has felt less personal, with more emphasis on paperwork and administrative processes. I’ve also found it increasingly difficult to see a preferred hygienist, and there has been frequent pressure for X-rays that didn’t feel necessary.
When I was asked to re-complete new-patient forms after more than 25 years, it left me feeling that long-term clients weren’t being recognized or appreciated. Because of that, I’ve decided to move my care elsewhere. I hope the practice continues to improve and find the right balance moving forward.
