Gave my Nike shoes to Delago for shoe cleaning and they did a great job. Stains and sole dirt completely gone. Shoes were very old but looked almost new after wash. Reasonable price and quick service. The very best shoe cleaning option in Kochi.

After moving to the new location, parking is an issue. Access by bus and Auto is good. Place is next to Central bakery, vazhakala. They do a good job. Reliable dry cleaners.

Good place to get dry cleaning done. There was no wait, you can easily find the place and there is parking available. Have used their service only once. The only downside I might add is they didn't call me when the clothes were ready for pickup or give me an estimate date as to when I should contact. They promised they'd call. They don't accept card payment which would be a great addition to make it easier for clients.

I used to go to Delago everytime for the past 3 years, but the latest experience left me utterly disappointed. I had a branded white T shirt having emotional value which I gave to them in emergency when it was stained. The stains were fresh and all that was needed was for them to give my shirt for washing as early as possible. They said I'll receive it after 7 days. On the 7th day, when I approached them, I was horrified to see my shirt not even touched, in wrinkles and most importantly - the golden time to remove the stains, was lost. The lady who took my shirt then, was unapologetic even after all these, and cited excuses to cover up. In light of Delago ignoring my expensive white shirt, with no accountability or compensation, over other's bulk orders, I have decided to never go to Delago again.

We have been using their services for over four years now . Absolutely satisfied with the quality of service both of the administrative side and the dry cleaning . Their charges are also reasonable and no damage to any clothes given as they take good care of all the materials and we can tell them to take additional care in case of expensive items . Pick up and delivery also smooth. I would any day recommend their services . Hope it will be maintained in future too .

Very good service. Usually it would take long time to dry cleaning in other areas. Normal dry clean duration is 2-3 days and express delivery is also there (morning drop eve pick up, but charges would be double but its still worth it). The lady picking up the phone is so nice and efficient. Shoes drycleaning is the best

I recently gave my curtains for dry cleaning at Delago, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They were heavily stained and faded from dust, but now they look like brand new.
