The owner of this company definite solutions it is a gift. He is a treasure, and he was a gem for my situation. Not only did he fix the washing machine, but he noticed, especially when I brought it up that the hot water heater seem to be struggling he very quickly diagnose that as a thermostat that needed replacing. And then which had nothing to do with anything I noticed my water pressure suddenly had diminished to a dribble he came into the house and cleaned the little tiny filter thing in the faucet and suddenly I had full water pressure again. Like he went above and beyond in a way that you rarely experience. I appreciate him so much and recommend him with 10 stars not five.

Beautiful work! Very happy it was very expensive. True to his work, some companies tell you there’s a lot of things wrong with your appliance so they can jack up the price this Brother/gentleman did not. Ihighly recommend

I HIGHLY recommend Definite Solutions. My dryer was making a horrible screeching noise and I saw another recommendation for Definite Solutions so I called. Yamil called me back the same day and scheduled me for two days later. He was courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly reasonable with his pricing. I was so impressed with his work on my dryer that I asked him to look at my broken ice maker too. He did it that day and fixed it without a costly replacement unit. Contacted Definite Solutions to fix my oven which was not heating. I called them Thanksgiving week and they made a spot for me for that same week. Yamil was super efficient in determining what was wrong quickly and fixing it on the same visit. He had the parts that were needed to be replaced so I didn't even have to wait. I also had him service my refrigerator while he was here. Highly recommend them!
