Stop wasting your time. I recently needed my fender repaired and door replaced on my Honda Civic. This was the first place I got a quote from. It seemed reasonable, yet I continued shopping around and getting quotes. (This was the first time I’ve ever needed body work done on my vehicle, so I was skeptical). After going to 4 other shops, I ended up going back to Define Auto. Not only was the price reasonable, but unlike the other shops they could get me in right away. Some additional minor parts were needed (door hinges), but they still contacted me to confirm the price increase and if I was ok with it. Within about a week I had my car back, as good as new. The paint matching was excellent, there were no surprises or additional costs once I picked it up, and the owner even stayed late after close so I could take my time getting a ride up there. Great work, attention to detail, quick turnaround time, fair pricing. If you need body work done on your car, stop wasting your time like I did.
