Deep Connections has been amazing for my family. The support workers are kind, professional, and genuinely care about the people they help. They've supported my brother with daily living, personal care, and even community outings — and he’s always happy after his visits. Communication is always clear, and the team is reliable and respectful. We finally feel like we have the right support in place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great NDIS services in Melbourne!
