The two young men did a fantastic job on cleaning my sofas. I would completely recommend them to anyone. Now for the one thing I was shocked about.A fixed price had been agreed at £145 before the day they were cleaned by phone. One of the young men who cleaned my sofa asked if there was a fixed price, I said there was. He proceeded to call his boss and he WhatsApp the boss to show him the sofas. The boss said the price was now £175. I said I’m not paying any more money than what was agreed and I said they could leave. The boss then changed back to the original price. Like I said the two young men were hard working and I think they had been told to ring the boss to see if I was prepared to pay any more money. The boss is the reason I won’t use this company again.

The two operatives that came to clean my rug were both punctual and courteous, the result of their efforts was better than I had expected. Very satisfied thanks.
