Arrived to our Dade City trailer to find we had no hot water. Called for an appointment, they said that afternoon. Mike arrived to discover our element was bad bad but due to the age of the water heater it was unavailable anywhere. Mike installed a new one even though he ran into a few issues and finished the job as quickly as he could. Did a great job resolving all the issues with space and an older park model unit. I had a leak in my Class C that rotted the wood inside and made the cab-over sag to the top of the cab. Alan and Mike did an incredible job of completely tearing it out, sealing it and putting it back to factory-like condition! They were reasonable and very thorough! I really appreciate it, guys!! They also removed the u-shaped dinette and replaced it with a comfortable loveseat and replaced the countertop in the kitchen area. I also had them reseal the roof and service the air conditioner. They did a great job on everything! I can't recommend them enough! They sure know their stuff and are very personable! They have all of my future business!
