The frame is constructed with high-grade pressure-treated lumber, expertly aligned to ensure structural integrity and long-lasting performance.
Our MoDecks crew is currently assembling the joist system, prepping for a top-tier composite decking installation. The frame layout is engineered to handle the Northwest’s weather — from heavy rain to summer sun. The layout includes multiple zones for lounging, entertaining, and easy backyard access, all surrounded by a natural evergreen backdrop that offers privacy and beauty year-round.
Every cut, bracket, and beam is installed with precision. We’re also staging materials and tools on-site to keep things moving efficiently.
