Weβre building a brand-new composite deck designed for strength, precision, and long-term durability. The old structure was fully removed, and a new pressure-treated frame installed on a leveled foundation to ensure stability and proper drainage.
The framing is set 12 inches on center, providing extra support for premium composite decking such as MoistureShield, Trex, or TimberTech. Each joist is sealed with black moisture-protection tape to prevent water penetration and rot β a signature MoDecks detail that greatly extends the life of the structure.
This design features a modern angled front, picture-frame layout, and hidden-fastener system for a clean, seamless appearance. There will be open airflow beneath the deck, promoting natural ventilation and long-term wood protection.
