We’re beginning a full deck demolition and rebuild in Kirkland! This 20-year-old structure has served its time, but with weak framing, worn boards, and loose railings, the safest choice is a brand-new deck from the ground up.
Step one: careful demolition — removing old boards, stairs, and railings to clear the space. Next, our team will build a new pressure-treated lumber frame, engineered to meet Washington State building codes for strength and safety.
The homeowners will then select either composite decking (Trex or TimberTech) for a low-maintenance upgrade, or natural cedar for timeless beauty. We’ll finish it off with custom railings, new stairs, and fascia trim to create a modern, long-lasting outdoor space.
