🔨 Project Update – Kirkland, WA
This backyard transformation started with a plan to install Belgard Safino Grey 24x24 pavers, known for their modern style and clean symmetry. However, the exact material our client wanted wasn’t available for timely delivery. Instead of waiting and risking delays, we proposed a better solution: building a custom composite deck using TimberTech Premium Weathered Oak, a high-performance material backed by a 30-year warranty.
This deck offers the timeless beauty of natural wood with none of the upkeep — fade-resistant, durable, and engineered to withstand the Pacific Northwest weather.

• Site prepared for decking installation
