Deck and Patio Maryland

Wanted to “live” with my new deck and balcony for a bit before leaving an honest review. First the team was extremely punctual, I swear I could almost set my clocks to their arrival every morning. The deck is not only beautiful, it is extremely well built and honestly will probably outlast the house if properly taken care of. They built a two tier deck from the house to an above ground pool and a second story balcony for a reasonable price considering the workmanship is far above what I have seen in my past experiences. They had to design and build from scratch because the decks were never replaced when the house was rebuilt after a fire. You can tell they take pride in their work, small details such as sanding the balcony support posts was done along with all “touch” areas. Highly recommend this company.

Edva and Jorge and their team did a fantastic job with our deck and patio. Edva came out on several different occasions to discuss building plans and design options with us. All of the costs and payment plan was very clearly laid out and all questions were clearly answered for us. The team worked efficiently and with care. When there was inclement weather, they arrived on a weekend day to compensate for the lost time. When the work was completed, they took time to thoroughly clean up the site and took care to lay down sod and grass seed in the areas that were affected by construction. The project was able to be completed earlier than expected and looks great! They even were able to make a wider path for us using leftover materials. My wife and I would strongly encourage anyone thinking of having this type of work done to strongly consider booking this company! Very friendly and easy to work with!
