We were connected with Deanna after she gave a webinar about assumable mortgages, which really interested us as a young family. After two years of causally looking for a new home one popped up that we completely fell in love with that would better fit our family needs in the long term as well as our financial goals. We immediately reached out to Deanna to see how we could make this happen with needing to sell our house quickly and a new baby coming in the matter of weeks (some would call us crazy!). Deanna didn't even hesitate at the challenge and got right to work! She gave us some suggestions to get our house ready to put on the market, which took a few days and then she listed our house and less than 24 hours on the market we had a ton of interest/offers! We accepted an offer and we are closing right on schedule! We had some challenges getting our dream house under contract, but Deanna remained positive and encouraging the entire time, even when we felt discouraged and wanted to give up. Despite all the challenges, she was able to get us under contract on the house we wanted with a 3.25% interest rate, which is almost unheard of in this market! She has guided us and continues to guide us every step of the way and we would of never been able to do what we did without her! If you are looking for a relator, Deanna is your person. She cares about her clients, very knowledgeable and will work hard to get you into your dream house.

She kept all the parties in constant communication and we were able to speak with her whenever needed via text and phone call.
