Fantastic service! Our washing machine door broke, leaving our washing stuck inside. We rang Dean’s Appliance Repairs late on a Saturday afternoon, not expecting someone to be able to come out until the following week. To our great surprise and relief, Callum came out the very next day—even though it was a Sunday! We had explained the problem over the phone and provided the make and model of the machine, which meant Callum was able to bring the exact spare part needed. This resulted in the machine being repaired quickly during his visit. He was friendly, polite, and professional. It is hard to find such honest, fast, and reliable service anytime but especially on a weekend. Dean also helped us with a separate matter quickly and efficiently; I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have already passed his number on to friends and family and will definitely use his company again. Thank you!"

Contacted Dean initially regarding an issue with our dishwasher. Communication was prompt and arrived as per the given time frame. Diagnosed the issue and unfortunately our dishwasher is buggered and need a new one. Was given honest advice and charged a reasonable call out charge of which the chap was at the premises for 1.5hrs trying to diagnose the issue. All in all, very professional company and would use that again in future. Thanks Dean!

Dean did a great job diagnosing and fixing a problem with my Hotpoint washing machine after a number of previous troubleshooting attempts had failed. Within 4 hours of making the initial call to discuss the issue it was sorted. Very happy to be back up and running so quickly.

The guy who answered the phone initially, top bloke! He actually gave his honest opinion/advice on our washing machine issue. It wasn’t his area of branding he worked with but i still called them out due to his honesty. Callum managed to sort the problem out too, nice bloke. Defo recommend!

Super quick service. Arrived hastily, diagnosed the problem and fixed my oven within minutes! He had the part in his van, which came with a 12 month guarantee and even gave tips on how to look after other appliances to improve their lifespan. Dean has done a number of repairs for me over the years. He visited today and repaired the motor on my washing machine. Unfortunately during a cycle on the same day there was a new error code. Dean came back out this evening and fitted a new pump! I can’t recommend Dean enough. He is professional and friendly and really reasonably priced.

I called Dean after our washing machine stopped working. He gave me some great over the phone advice free of charge. He also suggested which machine brand I should pick as a good replacement machine to ensure it would fit our integrated door without any problems. I thought this was a great and honest service, other companies may have charged a call out fee to tell me my machine could not be fixed. I would 100% recommend Dean.

Dean is brilliant! He saved me when I thought I could easily replace a handle on my dishwasher and in fact ending up breaking it. Really quick to respond to calls/ messages, great workmanship. He’s also come out today and fixed the lock on the door. Ignore the 1 star reviews, I’ve seen the WhatsApp messages and some random person is posing as fake accounts and leaving 1 star reviews and blackmailing dean. Trust in the hundreds of other 5 star reviews!
