Fantastic service! Our washing machine door broke, leaving our washing stuck inside. We rang Dean’s Appliance Repairs late on a Saturday afternoon, not expecting someone to be able to come out until the following week. To our great surprise and relief, Callum came out the very next day—even though it was a Sunday! We had explained the problem over the phone and provided the make and model of the machine, which meant Callum was able to bring the exact spare part needed. This resulted in the machine being repaired quickly during his visit. He was friendly, polite, and professional. It is hard to find such honest, fast, and reliable service anytime but especially on a weekend. Dean also helped us with a separate matter quickly and efficiently; I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have already passed his number on to friends and family and will definitely use his company again. Thank you!"

Contacted Dean initially regarding an issue with our dishwasher. Communication was prompt and arrived as per the given time frame. Diagnosed the issue and unfortunately our dishwasher is buggered and need a new one. Was given honest advice and charged a reasonable call out charge of which the chap was at the premises for 1.5hrs trying to diagnose the issue. All in all, very professional company and would use that again in future. Thanks Dean!
