They responded very fast. When they got here they were quick to get the problem fixed. And even helped us out with some maintenance to try to help keep our garage door going for a bit longer. Will definitely continue to use them for all our garage door needs.

Excellent service, Eric even went out of his way to bring us an extra controller from one that was lost. Would and will use them again.

I was very pleased with Eric from Deadeye Overhead Doors this morning. Yesterday our garage door got struck half way down. This morning put in a call to Deadeye and they came out right away and made all the adjustments so now the door is working perfectly. Eric and his helper got right to work and got the door fixed. He was so nice and polite and I really appreciated that. Thanks Eric.

Eric and his team did a fabulous job coming out and getting this garage door put in on a timely manner had a hiccup on our side and he took the initiative of getting the materials fixed for us and installed ASAP. We will definitely be using him again.

Working with Eric was great. He made himself available on the day I was free, was prompt, and thoroughly explained to me what our garage door needed; and he told me what was still in great shape or had life left in it, and didn’t need replacing - which I really appreciated! His fees are very fair and reasonable. He also went the extra mile for us when he offered to visit a competitor overhead door company to pick up a proprietary part and come and install it later the same day. My husband could likely have done that part, but I appreciated that Eric wanted to ensure the job was done - and the same day, no less! We really enjoyed working with him and will be recommending Deadeye Overhead Door to friends, family, or anyone who needs overhead door service. Our garage door is now quiet as a MOUSE! 🐭
