I got Dan to install 2 air conditioners for me. He gave me good advice about the best location for the installations and he and Josh did a quality installation job on both units. Even when one of the units arrived damaged and a replacement of that model was not available , he sorted it out and arranged for the install of a better unit at the same price. His communication was always prompt and helpful and his price for the work done was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dan for any air conditioning work.

More than happy with choosing this company for the installation of my new air conditioner. Quote was fair and timely. Installation was done on time in catastrophic conditions. Installer’s were friendly and courteous. Everything was cleaned up and removed. I would recommend them to anyone that needs the service.

Our tired old air con died on a very hot day. Daniel had a new one installed within 5 days of me reaching out to him (which was on a Saturday), including first attempting to salvage the old unit. All the while making an effort to keep costs down while delivering excellent service. I was sure my family would be sweltering away with air con for weeks. Couldn’t be happier.

Daniel advised on a suitable system (Mitsubishi WERA) to meet our fairly demanding requirements. Daniel and Josh carried out the installation efficiently in around 3 hours and performed a thorough commissioning check. The system has now been operating for over a month and and has been very effective during the recent cold weather. We are very happy with the service provided by DE and have no hesitation recommending them.

Update ,we got an extra air conditioner put in the master bedroom. Daniel and Josh did a great job again . Update No 2 ,Daniel once again did a fantastic job putting another system in my garage , as I spend a lot of time in there , but it gets extremely hot in there during the summer .

DE Air Conditioning were comforting and an absolute pleasure to deal with for our new whole house ducted air con. Daniel came for the quote and provided all possible options and gave great confidence that on the install day if things need to change here and there that it would be no issue as these things do happen with the unknown. Some changes were needed but it resulted in the very best solution. On install day, Dan and his crew were very professional , polite and considering. And also a great bunch of blokes. All preparations were made and done during installation without any mess or excess dust. You would not have known they were there except for the the new outlets and the awesome Air Touch system devices. They were able to install our whole 2 storey house with 8 zones and 11 outlets in the day and provided really great and clear instructions with the Air Touch system at the end. The system is working perfectly and we are so very happy with our new ducted Air Conditioning. I can highly recommend DE Air Conditioning. Daniel is passionate about his work and cared about what we needed and provided accordingly. We just felt in very safe hands and could not be happier.
