So the owner Dave is in my Bible study Group, I’ve had him do some work for me. He communicates well he shows up on time completes the work as expected. I would highly recommend him for any job needing done.

DC Properties can pretty much do whatever you’re looking to have done. I’m very happy with all my “fix it” things and is very reasonably priced. Doesn’t cost you anything to asks and I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

Dave did a fantastic job on our windows and back patio. We have big dogs who leave their dog prints and slobber smears on our windows and glass doors. He was able to remove them all and make our windows and door beautiful again.

Dave does amazing power washing! The front of my house hasn't looked this good since I bought the place. Thanks Dave!

Best customer service available! Called these guys out because I have a 3 story house and I can't get to the windows on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Well they went over the house top to bottom even windows that I had "cleaned" they made sparkling. I never thought you could make glass look new again but I have been proved wrong! I'm going to be having them come by again to pressure wash the driveway before Xmas! Highly recommend these guys!

Dave always leaves our windows shimmering in the light and after using him several times I can honestly say it’s obvious I did not know what a clean window truly looked like. As much of a bargain as he is it’s not even worth me even bothering to do it, he is very speedy and well organized his professionalism is very clear. He was at my house recently and washed my house before he did the windows so the whole job looked spectacular! He is coming back this next week and taken care of my sidewalks and driveway and I always know that he will leave my property looking picturesque! Can’t Thank you enough Dave! I will be letting everybody know that they should get on his schedule for any of the above needs! Cya in a few days Dave😊
