I was really impressed by the service I received. Moses was responsive over the phone and kind, punctual, and fast during the appointment to open my safe. I liked the legibility of the website and how easy it was to make an appointment online. The price breakdown I was given was also more transparent than other locksmiths I'd researched.

I called at 8:30am on a Sunday and someone picked up right away. I filled out their online form and they were at my house in an hour. The guy made a duplicate of my key fob and it worked perfectly. Very smooth, highly recommended!

Both times Moses appeared at the appointment time and replaced the locks. His overall demeanor demonstrates a confidence and level of knowledge in all types of locks. I don't think you could find a better-qualified locksmith in the District of Columbia. Also, his rates are very fair and reasonable.

One star for unlocking my car, but the rest is for the lack of honesty. Yesterday, in 98-degree weather, I accidentally locked myself out of my car while picking up my 2-year-old daughter. I was desperate to get back in quickly to keep her out of the dangerous heat. When I called for help, the technician told me he’d arrive in 30 minutes — which turned out to be completely false. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for him to arrive. I called him again after 40 minutes, and he said he was still stuck in traffic. I understand delays happen, but he should have been upfront about the actual wait time. If he had been honest, I could have called someone else and avoided exposing my child to the extreme heat for so long.

Highly recommend DC Mobile Locksmith. They did an excellent job with a complex lock. Quick, responsive, and great problem solvers.
