Extremely disappointing experience. I agreed on a fixed towing rate with this company, and after they took my truck, they suddenly charged me a much higher amount. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no respect for the price we agreed on. If you value honesty and fair pricing, be very careful before dealing with this towing company. I definitely won’t be using their services again.

DB towing owner and staff is very helpful and friendly and they properly listen your problem regarding towing and put 100% effort to solve. I suggest to all of you jst give a chance to help you and they definitely solve. I'm totally satisfied with DB TOWING LTD. THANKS

My 55 passenger bus died on Gateway Blvd just before rush hour. I called DB Towing and they quoted me 40 min to have a heavy wrecker to me, a time that they beat. Busses are difficult to tow and they took the time to set things up right before pulling me to the nearest heavy duty repair shop that could help me out. Great job with a fair price at the end of it. I definitely recommend them, they care about their service.

I consistently see the driver of a lifted truck with these gigantic wheels driving and parking like a clown. Cutting traffic, driving aggressively, parking in handicap areas, and parking flat-out in a roadway and just figuring that this is fine behavior. They parked in the middle of the road in a parking lot today - must be super duper important. If you can't even represent your company properly, why would anyone hire you? In regards to your response, you parked illegally in front of TRP in Davies industrial just this afternoon. Stop being an arrogant clown.
