Extremely disappointing experience. I agreed on a fixed towing rate with this company, and after they took my truck, they suddenly charged me a much higher amount. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no respect for the price we agreed on.
If you value honesty and fair pricing, be very careful before dealing with this towing company. I definitely won’t be using their services again.
