Awesome inspection, report down to the tiniest details. Thoroughly inspected inside and out, even inspected the appliances to make sure they were working properly. I was pleasantly surprised by how detailed the report was. Lots of pictures showing every small detail important to maintaining the house, cracks and holes in the siding where moisture and vermin could enter. Full pictures of outside showing any weathering of the siding. Well worth the money as I was able to go back to the seller with proof. Thank you for a job well done. Darryl

PK was incredibly polite, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the home inspection. He was able to identify small/moderate issues that I wouldn't have ever noticed myself, while ruling out any potential major ones. His report is incredibly detailed, with plenty of photos and diagnostic information, and has given a fantastic starting point for things I need to correct upon taking possession of our new home.
