It was the most detailed inspection we’ve ever had and we appreciate the prompt communication and turnaround time. Craig did a great job on advising me of all the dangers of the house and saved me from purchasing a house that I would've not been able to handle. Appreciate him working with me and advising me on what the right thing to do was.
