Davis Appliance Subzero & Wolf Repair

David came to my home to assess trouble with my microwave. This company was my "second opinion" as the first estimate seemed really high and the first person who came tried to upsell me on other work that I didn't need. David's estimate was fair and close to what I expected. I appreciated the honest discussion as to whether to repair or replace. David also checked out my wash machine which ended up as running perfectly. With learning how it is supposed to work, we can have realistic expectations for its use. I appreciate the education on both units and would recommend David and this company.

He did not try to upsell me on services or parts I didn't need. Its obvious he has the technical expertise to diagnose and fix high end appliances. My refrigerator has been restored to quiet efficient operation and my microwave works as advertised in a little bit over an hour. Well done Davis.

My refrigerator temp control stopped working & my food was going to be spoiled soon, so I called to diagnose the problem & see if there was any hope. They had an appt for the next morning but I was put on a call list for cancels. They called within the hour with an opening & arrived about an hour after that! Max showed up, very friendly, quick & knowledgeable, and solved the problem in probably less than 30 mins. Very grateful!

We have 4 Wolf ovens that were not holding temperature. David came out to inspect them. He told me that they all needed new control systems, $6,500. Seemed high to me so I got a second opinion. Turned out the control boards were not the problem, I simply needed 2 heating elements, $1,300. Davis appliance charged me $387 for the misdiagnosis. Thank God I got a second opinion.

Used them twice for the oven (dont buy frigidaire). Tech was knowledgeable and quick, we'll use them for our other appliances because unfortunately there is a lot of frigidaire in this house. They even reset the oven clock before leaving.

Repair technician, David, came out to my house today to look at my 1980's stovetop that had shorted out. He arrived on time, was courteous, and professional.
