Dave's creative design thinking and attention to detail is top notch. He took a regular 1990's production home in Cary and turned it into an incredibly special collection of inspiring spaces through a second story addition and interior remodel. I sold hm the house before the work, and absolutely could not believe what an incredible home it became after he was done with it. I highly recommend Dave for anyone in the Raleigh area wondering how to make their house their own, work better for them, and to be truly special. In all my years in real estate I have never seen such a creative and functional transformation, it is absolutely amazing!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave on the landscaping and grading component of a Cary Addition project. It was challenging and cross-sloping site, but I really enjoyed collaborating with Dave and his team on the creative connections between the outdoor spaces, views from the interior, and developing fun and relaxing uses for the spaces both inside and out. Dave clearly enjoys stretching his creative brain when it comes to designing the entirety of a project – the connections to the outdoors were so intentional, and it was a pleasure working with him to create something truly special. Looking forward to the next one and many after that!
