Steve Robinson from David Lewis & Associates did an outstanding job training our dealership. He connected well with every level of our sales team and was equally effective working with me as the Business Manager. Steve brings a positive attitude, practical insights, and an engaging style that keeps everyone involved and learning. We genuinely look forward to his visits and the value he brings each time. The videos are good but Steve is awesome. Highly recommend him to any dealership looking to elevate their team.

I’ve worked with Steve, and he is an outstanding trainer. Steve brings real-world dealership experience, not just theory, and knows how to connect with salespeople at every level. His training is practical, motivating, and immediately applicable on the showroom floor. Our experience with Almog and Jonah has been outstanding across all levels. They have assisted our team in achieving goals we never imagined. A new type of training that will keep everyone engaged and is actually real world and something you can apply. In over 30 years in Fixed Ops I have never experienced anything like this. I have had a great experience working with Steve Robinson at David Lewis & Associates. Steve is knowledgeable, approachable, and truly invested in helping everyone succeed. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. It does not feel like he is a 'trainer' but more so a friend coming in to give some helpful advice and I am better at my job because of him. I always look forward to seeing Steve when he comes in!

I recently started working at a Subaru Dealership about 6 months ago, I had no sales experience what so ever. My second month in the business Mr. Steve Robinson started coming to my dealership once a month, he gave me his phone number and told me that if I ever needed anything that he was just a call away. Through his mentorship and ability to break down concepts and explain things in a way that clicks I was able to hit Top Sales for the month of December. Steve has been an invaluable resource for me and my growth and I would not have the success without his knowledge. Thank you for it all Steve!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Steve Robinson and the level of energy and genuine care he brings to training. From day one, it was clear that Steve truly cares about your success — not just individually, but as a team. I was brand new to selling cars, and on my second day at the dealership, Steve led our initial training. He didn’t just elevate me — he elevated the entire team. Over the past six months, Steve has consistently come in two days every month, spending one-on-one time with each of us, teaching how to make selling cars fun, engaging, and enjoyable — not only for the salespeople, but for the clients as well. His approach builds confidence, sharpens skills, and creates a positive sales culture that actually works. If you’re serious about growth, I highly recommend using the DLA videos and specifically requesting Steve Robinson as your trainer. The difference he makes is real.

Eric Edwards is a true professional and a great sales trainer and person in general. Eric does a great job conveying and communicating the sales techniques and strategies in the David Lewis & Associates education. He communicates the education well and simplifies the techniques and helps students get a great understanding of the concepts. He always makes himself available for 1-on-1 coaching; whether remotely, or on site and is great at training new hires. He takes the time to go out to the vehicles, demonstrate a proper walkaround, and is always available to answer questions whether in person or over email. I would highly recommend Eric Edwards as a National Sales Trainer to any dealership nationwide.
