David was incredibly patient, informative and responsive throughout the whole home buying process. As a first time buyer he was able to answer every question in an easy to digest manner. We viewed plenty of houses and I never felt pressured to pull the trigger or compromise on my wants. I would highly recommend David!

I would like to start off by saying I normally don’t do reviews but in this case it would be a disservice. I interviewed 4 realtors and while all were good David stood out in his presentation and answered all the questions that we wanted to know. My wife and I live in Florida so we had to do most everything long distance and David went out of his way to check on our house and always sent pictures of what we wanted to know especially the thermostat settings. Mr. Campbell is the best. He sold our home a couple weeks ago during the blizzard and at a higher price then what we were asking. We are very blessed to have had David as our agent as he went above and beyond what we were expecting. We would highly recommend David and if there could be 10 stars we would give him that. He's also very knowledgeable about home condition, and the kinds of things that a home inspector would be likely to notice. He also went out of his way to facilitate special arrangements with the seller and their realtor to make the sale and the relocation smooth for all parties involved. Truly a pleasure to work with!

When we decided to sell my father‘s house located in Kettering, we wanted a realtor that was experienced in that area particularly. All realtors will tell you they can sell your house no matter where it’s located, but if the realtor is located in the area, they have a better idea of what houses are selling for, how quickly they are moving and can, therefore, price the house accordingly. David listed our house and we had a full price offer in one week! David is extremely professional, was available 24/7 to answer any questions we may have. My brother and I work opposite shifts and had to sign the closing documents at two different times. David was kind enough to meet each of us there and available to answer either of our questions during the closing process. I would highly recommend him for your selling needs!
