David was incredibly patient, informative and responsive throughout the whole home buying process. As a first time buyer he was able to answer every question in an easy to digest manner. We viewed plenty of houses and I never felt pressured to pull the trigger or compromise on my wants. I would highly recommend David!

Working with David Campbell was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated his honesty during every showing, he never tried to āsellā me on a house, but instead helped me evaluate each one with a critical eye so I could find the right fit based on my criteria. His insight into the Dayton market was incredibly helpful, and I always felt like he had my best interests in mind.
David was also amazing during the inspection process. He helped schedule all the inspectors, recommended trusted professionals he has longstanding relationships with, and showed up for every appointment.
