Dave's Towing

Very happy. Called Dave’s Towing to come and take the car. In less 1/2 hour they were here. Did the paperwork was easy. They towed it to Sioux City Ford. About 15 miles from home. I’ve used Dave’s Towing before and they have great reliable service.

My car wouldn’t start during the crazy winter weather we got and I needed to get it to a shop as it was more than just a battery issue. I called Dave’s Towing and I was immediately treated with kindness and respect during my panic of not having a working vehicle to get to work so early in the morning. Despite being so busy helping others in the community during the blizzard, he got to me as quickly as he could and I was treated with the same respect and kindness in person. The cost of service was very affordable. I will definitely be calling again for any needs in the future.

Dave towing came right away and towed our vehicle with no hassles or issues. The driver was very courteous and was an overall very nice guy. We would use them again 100%.

I was parked illegally, the owner of Dave’s towed my car, rightfully so. He was very pleasant and responsive when calling to get my car out of impound. He took nice care of my car while in his possession. He allowed for me to pick my car up when he said he typically does not work the weekends. He was very accommodating. 5/5 would get towed again but hoping it does not happen!

This is by far the best towing service I have ever used! PERIOD! If you want the fastest honest towing service in the Midwest you have found it! Dave is a GREAT GUY!!!

I tried calling AAA before Dave’s. BIG mistake! AAA was over an hour late surprise surprise. My boyfriend who is a mechanic recommended that I called. My boyfriend has worked with them before and he’s even called them when he needed a tow. Once I called Dave’s a driver was out there after 40 minutes. I had great communication with the driver! He texted and sent me a photo when he was close. We took my car to Sioux Body Shop. The driver was able to charge my credit card ($85) with a discount! He was so nice and friendly too! I told him that we tried calling AAA before Dave’s and he said that I can talk to AAA about getting reimbursed! Who knows how much and when I’ll see that money but It was so kind of him to tell me! I was reading the 1 star reviews and I honestly think they are wrong. Then again 99% of the reviews I read were 5. And for a good reason! Dave’s deserves it! I’m glad to be one of the customers giving them 5 stars!

HORRIBLE service, never go here. They take advantage of naive people. VERY UNETHICAL

They are a great company to do business with!!!! I'm from over a hour away and had a repo on GPS I needed picked up. They accepted the order very quickly and got my unit secured!!! Will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

This guy at the phone was rude and absolutely lost in his responses. Changed arrival time 3 times so the driver was late for 6h Charged high price from the start once my vehicle was delivered he tried to charge $200 more for vehicle because my car is brand new. Next day I found couple of dents but I did not tried to communicate with them cause no sense. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FAST AND QUALITY SERVICE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Worst experience ever with a towing company. My review is reminiscent of multiple one-star reviews in recent history, all with similar themes - rude and unprofessional behavior. One review even mentions Nick by name. Our experience was similar to these poor reviews. Unethical and unprofessional. If you're in need of towing service in the Siouxland tristate area, use another company. You'll be glad you did.
