Blower sensor went out on unit, they came out same day. Great communication, service, and price. Cannot go wrong with Dave's. We have used them for every A/C maintenance and repair for four years.

Great team of young guns. Full system replace with all the whistles and bells. Moved vents, and cut new return air ducts replaced vent stack and boot and sent me before and after photos. Great job Dave’s.

$99.95 is rather high for a service call when the guy didn’t really do anything but a diagnosis and was here less than 5 minutes. I don’t mind paying a service call if I feel they actually did something besides just look at the a/c and have to return because they don’t even have what’s needed to fix the problem and then state that they may take days to hunt the part down. I also realize this is what all service fees are this day and time regardless if I like it and regardless ya are going to charge it. So really this review is worthless.

Our technician was very informative. He found the issues our previous service providers (other business) either didn't bother to find or could not find. He explained easily and thoroughly, and he was efficient. We appreciated the timeliness as well for the scheduled time.

Called Dave at 7:30. The tech arrived shortly after 8:00. Diagnosed the problem rapidly. Replaced the thermostat and now I’m happily enjoying heat. Excellent service as always.

Tyler with Dave’s came out on an emergency call . He diagnosed the AC issue, made temporary repairs to get us cool until the part could be ordered for the next day. Outstanding service! Update: Stephen and Collin came out the very next day, with the part and were very diligent in every aspect of the job. Highly recommended.

Good: The service tech was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Repair was successful and completed quickly. Not so good: Even though parts were covered under warranty, labor charges were approximately $600.00 dollars per hour!?!

The tech found the problem very quickly and replaced the capacitor then discovered I only had 3.4 lbs of coolant. He explained there was a good chance I had a microscopic leak and should have Dave’s check this in Nov. or Dec due to the extreme heat. After thinking about this I do not believe this was the right decision given the fact I replaced the coolant @$108 per unit and if the leak exists I am going to incur additional cost of coolant along with a service charge if I have to replace the coil.

I called at the end of the day expecting to be qued for the next day but instead Tyler was able to fit the work in on his way home. Very unexpected! I have used Dave’s Heat and Air several times in the past and found them to be reliable and attentive and will continue to use them in the future.
