A common question I received this year, "Are you licensed and insured? " My answer is always the same; I have a business license and residential/commercial insurance. Also to add keep an up to date workman's comp exemption. I thought this was common place but maybe not as common as I thought. I do a lot of types of work however always opt out where a contractor license is required. Nit only for my safety, but also yours as a customer. I also provide written quotes and contract the work to be completed. I strive to make the work flow easy and understandable so everything goes smooth and is understood.
