Please be informed that Taman Desa Medical Centre (TDMC) is not a panel hospital for Prudential or Great Eastern personal insurance policies.
Patients holding Prudential or Great Eastern coverage will have their procedures arranged at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar), where admission will be cashless, as all charges will be covered under the Guarantee Letter (GL).
Datuk Dr. Balwinder will personally perform the surgeries at PHKL and continue to manage the patient’s care until discharge.
All post-operative follow-up appointments will be conducted at the ENT Clinic in TDMC. These visits will be on a self-pay basis; however, patients may submit their claims for reimbursement after the bill is verified and signed by Datuk Dr. Balwinder.
