We have used Datcom to provide IT Support for our business since 2015 and the service provided has been excellent. As our relationship has developed Datcom have come to understand our business needs and requirements at a deep level which allows them to proactively suggest IT solutions and IT best practice. Their understanding of our IT infrastructure also helps them to quickly resolve issues that may crop on a daily basis. The team are always friendly and helpful and for an organisation of our size that did not require an in-house IT solution, Datcom provide an excellent outsourced solution. Our relationship is close enough to give that in-house feel anyway which is nice and this all happens at a sensible fee as well.

Datcom have provided support over the last year at Transdek UK Ltd. From hardware to security, day-to-day support to regular updates, our entire IT ecosystem has improved. Datcom recognise the importance that IT plays in ensuring our business remains operational and we could not have been without them over the last 12 months. Looking forward to see what next year brings!
