EICR & Fuseboard Upgrade
This 1970s flat needed the circuit protection upgrading, to be compliant with the rental market rules. It had an electric shower with no RCD, no main bonding, and no RCDs over any circuits at all. We carried out a full EICR, replaced the fuse board and upgraded all main earthing conductors, and installed a mains powered smoke detector. Now this flat can be rented out fully compliant to electrical regulations.
