I had such a fantastic experience at D'aromas Coffee! ☕ The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. 🌟 The atmosphere was also very pleasant and inviting. I can't wait to visit again! 😊

Extremely disappointing experience. The place had absolutely no sense of customer service. There were 3 staff members present — probably 2 chefs and 1 server — but instead of attending customers, they were busy eating in the kitchen and completely engrossed in their phones. Nobody bothered to check on us or even ask if we needed anything.Best part we were the only 2 customer in the cafe not like it was crowded which I completely understand at times. What made it worse was that we had to get up ourselves to place the order at the cash register area and even go there again for the payment. There was absolutely no effort from the staff to assist or attend to customers( Being the only two at that time) The loaded nachos were decent. The Kung Pao Paneer was even worse — it had a very strange sour flavour. We still finished it only because we didn’t want to waste food. The only decent thing here was the cappuccino. We didn't bother ordering main course. As a local from the area, I can easily say this is one of the worst cafes around. Poor food, poor service, and zero hospitality. Will never recommend or suggest this place to anyone. If your staff is least interested, why recruit them .They will lead to the cafe`s downfall and make you loose customers .

It's a small cafe in Malad West (Orlem), it's a coffee ☕ place with some side bites 🍕 available. There are various coffee ☕ options from Hot 🔥 to cold ❄️. You have to scan the menu and order it from the table 🪑 itself once the order is ready they will serve 🧑‍💼 you to the table. The tables are very close to each other you can't have a privacy 🔏 and also the table wobble's a lot. They have tried to adjust too many tables inside a small space To pay the bill 💵 you have to visit the counter and yes if you are availing any offer 🫴 of Zomato gold 🪙 or dine out or anything like that. Kindly note that : The offers are not applicable on any beverages ☕ and it's only applicable on food. They don't mention it at the time of booking. And beverages ☕ are pretty expensive 🫰. Overall the cafe is okay 👍 but there can be better clarity on offers and everything and can be made a bit more spacious.

This place is one of the best places to hangout or go on casual coffee dates with friends. It's located in Sundar Lane, near St. Anne's High School. The ambience is really good with good music playing. The coffee was great and service was on point. The menu is a little too pricey but seems worth it if you're looking to spend some good time. There are card games and books kept on the shelves to read while you spend time here. Cold coffee is available here after 10 pm at a discounted price! It was great. One negative point would be about the cleanliness, the table that we sat on was not cleaned/dusted, it had crumbs dropped which were sticking to our hands and clothes when we kept out hands on the table. It's a good place to visit for having coffee with your friends. One of the best places to go on dates.

This place is a tranquil oasis that exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience is incredibly cozy and beautiful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Also you can book seat through zomato so that u will get extra 40-50% off (July 2024) It's the perfect spot to catch up with friends or spend a quiet afternoon.

This is easily one of the best cafes I've visited. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying some quiet time. The food and coffee are absolutely delicious, with great quality and presentation. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Service is quick, and everything feels well-managed.

One of those cafés you’ll want to tell your friends about. Nice and quiet place to work from. Super clean, peaceful vibe, great coffee and food — and they have board games too, which makes it perfect for a laid-back hangout. Highly recommend.

Cute and beautiful ambience. Loved the interior and in all environment. The menu has many great compliments for coffee,iced tea and mocktails. We had Vietnamese coffee which was awasome ❤️. Staff is very helpful and kind. Recommend going here just for a piece of mind and good cup of☕☕
