Highly recommend Dark Cloud Diesel for anyone looking for reliable diesel repair. For fluid leaks. They were able to find the problem as well as several others that would have cost thousands had they failed. They replaced the fuel pump, vacuum pump, power steering pump and several seals. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future needs.

The only place I'll let work on my 6.7 Powerstroke! Derrick saved me thousands by safeguarding my fuel pump before it went out. Expect great communication & thorough work! They kept me in the loop the whole time with pictures, texts, & updates. New turbo, DCR fuel pump, & a little this & that. Now I am more obsessed with it! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I took my truck here to fix an issue with a specific part. They worked on it and returned the truck, but the same problem came back later that same day while I was back on the road. I contacted them and it took a long time to get a response. Once I finally set up a time to bring it back, the truck started smoking badly and leaking heavily from the part they had just replaced. When it was inspected, it turned out bolts were missing and hardware was broken or had fallen off. They fixed it again, but less than a day later the exact same issue returned. Since then, I have been unable to get in contact with them at all. This has cost me time, money, and downtime

I had 6.0 power stroke work done here recently. They are the only shop locally I have seen that support a 2 year warranty on said work backed by Ford. I was happy with the work and price was in line. I would and have gone back for more of my diesel mechanic needs.

Had them build my engine on my 6.0 the work was amazing then I kept blowing power steering parts they told me they put a new ford pump on it i took it to ford found out that was a lie all I asked for was a refund on the power steering pump then they ignored my phone call no contact nouthing then have less then 8000 miles on the engine then the head gaskets blew try to contact them for warranty they ignored me left them a message got nouthing now I am forced to get my attorney involved stay away from this place paid them over 10k cash for nouthing then I found out their business license isn't even valid stay away from them so they don't scam you too

Best customer service I have ever had when it comes to mechanic shops! They were knowledgeable, honest, and just flat out awesome to work with! I will spread the word and continue to take my diesel truck there when I run into issues! Update- If I could give these guys more stars I totally would! They have taken the time to make sure my truck was in perfect condition! The customer service gets 100 stars in my opinion. Good work dark cloud diesel, you have earned yourselves a loyal customer in me.

These guys are the diesel professionals! Ashton and Harley provide excellent customer service. The mechanics were able to diagnose my trucks issues and get them repaired in a timely manner. Prices are very competitive with a quick turnaround. I will definitely use Dark Cloud Diesel for all my future 6.0 needs. Keep up the good work!!!

Was recommended these guys from the tow truck driver that picked up my truck and I’m glad I listened! Man these guys were great, they got my truck right in and l was able to talk to the owner Derek who let me know what it needed, best route and cost of repair. Since I just started a company would need my truck Monday and they were able to get it done even fast than expected! Down to earth company!! Update: “Return, faithful customer” DCD continues to be the epitome of customer service. They are my Go-To source for diesel repairs. When my 2013 F350 had a problem with the GOD forsaken DEF system, they worked with me, coordinated with the Ford dealership for any possible warranty claims and laid out my options for repairs for me to choose. Their plan of action and maintenance has once again thwarted the DEF devil. I trust Dark Cloud Diesel to have my best interest in mind when they diagnose and repair.
