Danika is amazing! I was a first time home buyer buying a new construction house. Danika took the time to physically walk me through every single floor plan and answer all my questions so I could choose the right plan for me. She’s been so easy to communicate with throughout this whole process and she’s been so great helping me work with the builder, even after closing! Buying a home (especially your first one) can be super stressful but it was so easy with her. I really do not know how I got so lucky finding Danika. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

Hands down the best of the best! Buying a home is stressful enough, buying a home during a pandemic is just crazy. Danika made everything seem easy. She is a wonderful asset to have on our side. Any hurdles or road blocks that got in the way, she knocked them down before we could even blink, laughing the whole way. We had our financing fall through due to the pandemic shut down after making an offer on the house. Danika had a recommendation and we were back in business 24 hours later. Danika Forrester was my real estate broker in the sale of my home. Her approach met the highest professional standards and her advise was competent; she saved me thousands of dollars I was prepared to spend unnecessarily. In addition, she performed assorted repairs or had repairs done which greatly facilitated the sale and kept it on track for closing. My only regret is that I have moved out of state and cannot use her in future transactions where I am now living; I would retain her again in a heart-beat.
