I met Daniel through the Next Door app. I just bought a home in The Villages and as a single person was in need of a handyman. I have had the same handyman at my home in Northern Virginia for 23 years. I had hoped to find the same situation at my new home. I am in luck!! Daniel has a range of skill, professionalism and experience that I need. He painted the interior of my entire home and assisted with color selection. His pricing was so reasonable, that I didn't question him when he gave me the quote. He assisted in hanging wall art using a laser leveler so that the pieces were hung perfectly. This month Daniel will be hanging cabinets in my laundry room and installing a glass shower door in the master bathroom. I will be adding a 24" cabinet base in the kitchen. This will include the installation of a new quartz countertop. I have plans to install a temporary fence enclosure for my dog. Daniel will do that job as well. In closing I highly recommend Daniel to do any of the work at your home. Also, Daniel is a trustworthy family man.

Daniel did excellent job at our home. We couldn't have asked for a better job. We needed someone to replace the kitchen light, the living room fan, the large chandelier in our dining room, and the entryway chandelier. He removed them all and installed 3 fandeliers and a chandelier in the entryway. We wanted fans at the tables. I wanted everything to match so that's why I replaced the living room fan and entry chandelier. This was a huge job because they have individual crystals that hang on all of them. The fan is hidden if off and they have the lights can change to different colors. Please look at the photos I took. It looks amazing. We are going to use Daniel for anything we need done in our home.
