Daniel's Piano Tuning and Repair

Daniel had a very quick response to my request to turn a newly inherited 100+ year old baby grand piano. It hadn’t been tuned in decades and even had a mouse living inside at one point. It was so out of tune that it felt like torture for people to try to play it. He took the piano action and worked on hammers and wires then tuned it in person and made it sound concert hall ready which I had not believed possible. He and his assistant also cleaned up close to 100 years of dirt on it and made it beautiful again.

Daniel was awesome, he has great communication skills and is very knowledgeable. He made time to check out our recently purchased Piano & gave us a quote and a honest opinion of what was needed. Can’t wait to get our piano sounding perfect for our daughter.

Daniel is amazing, we have an beautiful solid wood older (late 60's Schafer & Son's) Piano that we purchased used, our Granddaughter is taking lessons so we called Daniel to have it tuned. The poor piano had been neglected for many years but Daniel was able to work magic! He has it sounding beautiful and it will be a dream for Granddaughter to practice on. He took the time and energy to explain what the piano needed and really cares about his craft. Highly recommend him for service repair and he plays my favorite pieces.

He is very knowledgeable, he went beyond tuning to reshaping the hammers, adjusting the action, cleaning the strings, and fixing the pedals. Then as he tuned the piano (which was 1/2 step flat) he walked me through every step of the process explaining what he was listening for. When he was finished the piano sounds the best it has in over a decade. I seriously couldn’t be more impressed. Very well done!

Amazing! He repaired a neglected family heirloom piano purchased in 1938. It looks beautiful and sounds divine. Daniel is a gifted, experienced craftsman and he’s a musical artist himself whose love for the piano led him to learn to do repairs. He is seriously a genius. Thank you Daniel! P.S.
